Requirements for Reiki Level One:

Reiki One is suitable for anyone working in a caring profession or for anyone who has an interest in having the ability to heal themselves, family, friends and pets.

This is a great skill to have when you have small children or babies as they respond well to the gentle healing energy of Reiki and is 100% safe for all ages.

It can also be used as self treatments during pregnancy and childbirth.
