Each pouch contains medium sized crystal tumblestones associated with the seven main chakras.

Each pouch will come with an advice sheet with how to use the tumbles and to mediate with them to balance your chakras.

Please note however, that the pouch may differ in terms of style and colour to the one in the photo and also that different crystals may be sent as the pouches are made up individually using intuition.

The crystals are packed individually within the pouch, each with a little card with some of the information about the crystal.
