Sapphirine (not to be confused with Sapphire which is a totally different mineral) comes is several colours but is best known for its various shades of blue which range from pale “baby” blue to very dark navy blue.

It is not commonly used as a therapy stone, although it is believed to aid one with meditation & raise an awareness in relation to spiritual development; it is also thought to help to ease those times of low moods, bring in some peace, reduce envy, cool those periods of anger, promote a reconciliation.

While some people find it is a gentle cleansing crystal which helps to align the physical body, others liken its energy to that of a sleeping dragon, calm & peaceful until it is needed when it “roars” into action!!!
