At a time and date to suit, we will arrange a day for workshop 1 which should be done as close to the commencement of this module as possible.

• History and Mythology of Crystals
• Cleansing and programming
• Crystal Healing, how does it work?
• Storing your crystals
• Crystal communication
• Meditation techniques

The crystals you will be covering in this module are as follows:

• Amethyst

• Rose Quartz

• Aventurine - Green

• Carnelian

In addition, you will choose one from the list given to you when you start.
