Guided Meditation Session - One to One
Description
One to one meditation sessions are tailored to suit your need at that time; they can be booked at a time to suit you, usually during the day but evening session may be available.
Each session is divided into 2 parts. The first will begin with guided grounding and protection before going on into the actual and main meditation. On returning back from it, you will be offered the opportunity to feedback any images, colours or feelings about your experience, but this is an optional feedback and no pressure or judgement will be made to do so.
Following this feedback we will break for about 10 minutes for a cuppa before going back into a second shorter meditation. Again the opportunity to give feedback will be given before we close down.
Following a discussion at the beginning of each session, the guided meditation will be relevant to your needs and/or wishes, so each meditation session will be different!
These sessions will be held at Callington, Cornwall.
