Spell Bag For Easing Nightmare/Night Terrors

Nightmares/Night Terrors can be frightening not only for the person experiencing them but also for those around them at the time.

Often they may be caused by something that has been witnessed or undergone, or for some people something they have eaten or drunk. For those in this group, maybe these spell bags would do little to help them.

However for others who seem prone to having regular nightmare/night terrors they may help.

In this Easing Nightmares bag there is a small candle, an incense cone (sometimes two!) with a small metal disc to place it on, small bell, small pentagram, three crystal tumblestones and some instructions/guidance on how to work with them.

The candle is made from plant-based wax, usually Soy but maybe sunflower or coconut, with crystal chips sprinkled on the top.

The colours, crystals, and incense are all correspondences to Easing Nightmares and Night Terrors, which may change with each batch.

White Sage incense cone with disc

1 small Pentagram charm

3 crystal tumblestones - Amethyst, Carnelian, Red Jasper
