Spell Bag For Self Love / Respect

There are times in our lives that we may go periods of time not feeling comfortable with who we are, not loving ourselves (or even not liking ourselves!) or maybe having no respect for the person we are. Of course there are times when we are justified having these feelings, but often it is learned behaviour or as the result of some interaction with somebody else telling/implying that we are not lovable enough etc.

Usually in many instances it will take a lot of inner work on ourselves to be able to break though these thoughts and feelings.

This Spell Bag has been put together with the intention that it will aid with gaining back some Self Love / Self Respect and would be used in conjunction with the other inner work that is being done.

In this Aiding Self Love / Respect spell bag there is a small candle, an incense cone (sometimes two!) with a small metal disc to place it on, small bell, small pentagram, three crystal tumblestones and some instructions/guidance on how to work with them.

The candle is made from plant-based wax, usually Soy but maybe sunflower or coconut, with crystal chips sprinkled on the top.

The colours, crystals, and incense are all correspondences for aiding self respect and self love which may change with each batch.

This batch contains:

Pink Candle with Lepidolite, Rhodonite and Unakite chips

Sandalwood incense cone with disc

1 small Pentagram charm

1 small bell

3 crystal tumblestones - Lepidolite, Rhodonite and Unakite
